Please make sure all of your information is correct before ordering personalised items, we can't take responsibility for wrong orders. We do not provide proofing, unless already arranged for an order.

We currently don't offer returns, refunds or change of mind.
As our products are custom and hand crafted, they are thoroughly inspected before we ship our products. They leave our studio with great care.
