SHIPPING/DELIVERY

BALLOON ORDERS
Due to the size and delicate nature of our balloon baskets, we are currently not shipping, we offer local suburb delivery only
 or we can meet and greet in Tamworth. 

PRICING AND INFORMATION
Prices for custom BALLOON HAMPERS are available by contacting us via email or on the Contact us page on our website.

After a chat we will create a quote for you.
 

WHEN TO BOOK?
We work on a first served basis so booking in advance is highly recommended as we sometimes fill up on specific dates of the year.
Book ahead to avoid disappointment. Most orders will require a upfront deposit we will advise at the time of booking.

Please allow 2-4weeks for your event. Some Balloon Creations need specialist products and items to be made and delivered.

WHAT FORM OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

Payments can be made online via an invoice we will email to you.
We use a Square for secure online payments.
Please note some of our own custom Balloon Hampers are available to purchase on our website through our secure payment system.

ORDERING POLICY
Please make sure all of your information is correct before ordering personalised items, we can't take responsibility for wrong orders.
We do not provide proofing, unless already arranged for a custom order.

We will advise at the time of ordering if we require a deposit for your custom hamper. 

Cancelling or rescheduling after ordering a Balloon Hamper.
If your booking is cancelled no less than 14 days prior to the event/delivery,
a full refund will be given if your balloons and products haven't been purchased. If your balloons and products have been purchased, the refund amount will be the total amount paid for the products purchased to create your order.
If you need to cancel your booking within 14 days from the event, there will be no refund as we are unable to schedule in another booking and we would have already ordered the balloons and products for your timeslot and hamper.

If you need to reschedule the delivery/event date, we can happily reschedule when availability permits.

 

We currently don't offer returns, refunds or change of mind.
As our products are custom and hand crafted, they are thoroughly inspected before we deliver/ship products. They leave our studio with great care.

 

Please email us about a product if you have a concern after ordering or receiving and we will advise on each individual order. Thank you.
 

PRIVACY POLICY

We do not collect personal information when you visit our site unless you place an order or register with us for the purpose of purchasing from our store. We do not give to third party vendors any customer information.

HOW LONG DO THE BALLOONS LAST?

Each Balloon Hamper/gift is different. Most are air filled, they can last for weeks if kept in the right environment.
Foil balloons can last up to 3-5 days and latex balloons are treated with hifloat to get the most out of your balloons. These can last up to 2-4days.

Do you use biodegradable balloons?
Our latex balloons are made of natural materials and are 100% biodegradable. Foil balloons are not biodegradable but are able to be recycled.

 

What if my balloon pops or deflates?

TheCreativehouse takes no responsibility for your balloon order once it has left our studio. We do not refund, replace or exchange balloons which have popped, deflated or become damaged whilst in your care. Due to the nature of balloons, we cannot guarantee your balloons will remain perfect and intact. Balloons are subject to popping from expansion and contraction in heat/cold, oxidation of the balloons from air and light, withstanding wind and rain.
Foil balloons can shrink and appear to be deflating if the temperature lowers.
