Our custom balloon baskets and gifts sell quickly with limited stock available.
Balloons are airfilled.

We take the utmost care with our designs and giftsets, the balloon should last for weeks/even months depending on where the balloon is kept. Once delivered we take no responsibility for damage or deflated balloons.

Due to the nature of balloons, we cannot guarantee your balloons will remain perfect and intact. Balloons are subject to popping from expansion and contraction in heat/cold, oxidation of the balloons from air and light, withstanding wind and rain.
Foil balloons can shrink and appear to be deflating if the temperature lowers.
LOCAL DELIVERY
For local delivery orders - Someone must be home to accept the balloon delivery (we will not leave Balloon orders unattended due to the delicate nature). (Note: the delivery will occur during the day, we can't give exact timeslots)
